About this Event

Since November 2016, Transport Canada and other federal departments, including Fisheries and Oceans, the Canadian Coast Guard and Environment and Climate Change Canada, have been collaborating on several initiatives under the Government of Canada Oceans Protection Plan (OPP).

During the past three years, there have been various information sessions, providing general overviews on certain initiatives to members of marine industry, academia and the general public. This session, following the Atlantic Regional Canadian Marine Advisory Council (CMAC) in St. John's, NL, will provide status updates and seek feedback for ongoing initiatives.

We look forward to collaborating with you as these OPP initiatives move forward.
