As an outcome of the Economic Strategy Table reports last year, the Treasury Board of Canada is seeking informed stakeholder comments on its Regulatory Review for clean technology.

Announced in Budget 2018, the three-year targeted Regulatory Review process explores ways to enable more agile, transparent and responsive regulations, while continuing to protect the health and safety of Canadians and the environment.  The Government is asking Canadians identify regulatory impediments and opportunities to support innovation and modernization. The current round of regulatory reviews will focus on (1) Clean technology, (2) Digitalization and technology neutrality, and (3) International standards.
