The Big Data Congress is North America’s largest business-focused data technology conference. Now in its fifth year, the Congress presents leading researchers and innovators in the business and academia communities.
This business conference on Big Data is aimed at helping business leaders understand and find innovative ways to use Big Data in agriculture, fisheries, energy and beyond. Our goal is to help our partners create value and deal flow. From equipment manufacturers to IoT device makers, software companies, cloud services and more…this is your opportunity to connect with fellow senior business and government leaders at the world’s only business conference for Big Data in agriculture and oceans!
The key note speakers this year are Dr. Harry Kolar, IBM Distinguished Engineer with IBM Research (Oceans sector), and Dr. Malcolm Campbell, Vice-President Research of the University of Guelph (Agriculture sector).
The Big Ideas Forum (Connector event) will be held on the first day of the Congress and connects local researchers and the business community. This year the Big Data Congress will host the first Poster session in conjunction with the Big Ideas Forum providing an opportunity for students from post-secondary institutions to connect with other researchers and the business community.
