The 2017 Core Energy Conference will take place on October 3-4th, 2017, at Pier 21 in downtown Halifax.
This year will be the 35th Anniversary of the Association, and as such, will showcase the positive impact the Association has made to the “Past, Present & Future” of industry.
The Core Energy Conference showcases a two-day program of presentations, panel discussions and interactive dialogue on the Energy Industry in the Maritimes. Bringing together over 200 decision makers and stakeholders in the energy industry to review the role of leadership, promotion and expansion - tackling key issues at play in the energy market today.
This year, Halifax, led by Mayor Savage – who is the current sitting President of the World Energy Cities Partnership (WECP) – is set to host the WECP 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The WECP is an organization headquartered in Houston, comprised of 19 of the world’s leading energy producing cities.
This year, our Core program will be collaborating with the Annual General Meeting of the World Energy Cities Partnership (WECP) where major cities from around the world will be participating in various Core events.
